Reporting an Accident

To report an accident involving a major injury requiring immediate medical assistance, or to report a fatality, please contact emergency services in your area.

SAFA members should report all accidents, incidents an fatalities via the Accident and Incident Reporting System (AIRS). Please login to the Members’ Area and select “AIRS Submit an Accident, Incident or Complaint” from the left-hand menu.

Members of the public who wish to report an accident should do so by emailing ops@safa.asn.au.
